Boost your Immune System
Diet and Lifestyle Factors

Boosting your immune system will not happen overnight, so it is advisable to begin an immune system boosting program as soon as possible. Hopefully, a pandemic will not occur, but boosting your immune system will help your body far into the future, no matter what your future may bring.

Diet. The Food we eat. Replace refined, processed foods such as white bread, castor sugar, white pasta, and also dairy products with fruit and vegetables.

If you can buy organic fruit and vegetables this is best. Make sure that you at a lot of sprouts like alfalfa or bean sprouts, kidney beans, lentils etc as these are full of fibre and nutrition which help to boost your immune system to eliminate body wastes and toxins.

Lifestyle. Smoking and pollution that we breathe. There is a multitude of rasons why smoking will lower your immune system's strength. Give up or at least cut right back.

Stress and lack of sleep. If a world wide pandemic occurs I can imagine that many of our stress levels will skyrocket! However, not enough sleep and a lot of stress in our lives both reduce our body's ability to fight infection. Take it easy and have some early nights. Your body will thank you!
